Chelsea primarily offers telehealth appointments to clients within a 60-mile radius of her office, ensuring continuity and the ability to request an in-person evaluation when needed. No current prescribing laws require in-person visits for patients receiving controlled substances. No legal requirement demands that providers be local.

However, these regulations could change at any time. By limiting her service area, Chelsea protects her patients from disruptions in care if future rules require in-person appointments.
