Reception wasn’t helpful, she didn’t greet me or say anything when I walked in she just stared at me, so I had to ask her if I could be seen, she then pointed to a paper and said fill it out. Did that and when I went to return the form, I had to ask her if she’d like my insurance card and she said uhh yah, so I handed that to her and then I asked her if she would also like my ID and she said no, which I found odd bc what if it wasn’t really my insurance ?
