In our first appointment, I laid out the list of all my 'faults' and 'problems' with the accompanying excuses, trying to just be understood. She did not exclaim, nor feel sorry for me. The psychiatric professional moved right on to treatment. It was wonderful. Not a single moment of wondering if I was broken. After over a year in her care, I've accepted that someone that knows more than I could ever is here to support my best life.

Jane takes the time to listen, answer my questions, and make sure I feel comfortable with my treatment plan rather than making me feel rushed. It’s reassuring to have access to compassionate, knowledgeable care from home, and the communication has always been prompt and professional.
