I appreciate the effort to help me modify my running/walking activities so I can stay active during this time, even though I am starting to realize I should probably take a complete break to heal completely. I was surprised though since I came here for pain management that I was not encouraged to make another appointment for acupuncture. I was told this will not resolve overnight so I assume I will need more sessions
