Wait time was not long and she was absolutely amazing. She provided an in person interpreter and was super patient with my son. I felt like she listened to me, even watched some videos I had to show things that had been declined by previous providers and didn’t rush the process at all. Answered questions and was overall super professional, welcoming and pleasant.

Holly is kind and I felt comfortable during the diagnosis, even though I had lots of anxiousness about it. The lights are warmer and not overly bright, which I appreciated.
