The trade off may be longer wait times, but for better, more thorough care that is absolutely worth it . He has not fat shamed me or dismissed an issue because of my weight once, he works with me to find solutions that work. The gentleman who does the ekg, i can't remember his name, has been there for years, is caring, calm, and very respectful. Carolina, the phlebotomist i had today handled my anxiety about blood draws amazingly and got me on the first try even though I've had rolling veins for years. I cannot recommend her enough. Kayla (i hope i got that right) was also amazing in explaining some things simply and thoroughly and absolutely being on the ball with the paperwork. For those that know, paperwork used to be an issue, but every member of staff i interacted with today were kind, professional, and on top of everything. I feel heard here. Thank each of you at the office for caring and helping me get sorted out today, even if i didn't catch your name.
