DeKalb Medical is great for our family. Front desk is friendly while making appts. When we have questions, I call and leave a message and the nurse gets back to us quickly. Labs are taken "in house" but are sent out for results the next day. Johnny Ball PA is friendly, kind and ready to explain when we have questions.
