She meets me where I am at and gives me helpful exercises to help me get un-stuck. She is very talented in her relatability skills and great at giving practical suggestions as well as being able to cite studies and books . Remembers personal things and being happy when I reach goals I may have forgotten I was working on. I am not a writer, so I don't think I am expl how helpful she has been.
