Dr Whittier is warm caring and knowledgeable a doctor. He thinks outside the box a d treats each patient as an individual person not just a number. He gives easy to understand explanations. Has a wonderful bed side manner. Is extra patient and let's the patient be a part of the decision making. He's all around the gold standard from years past.
