She identified the root issue in my very first visit, without having me go through complicated tests or exams — something no one else had been able to do — and it was clear right away that she has deep expertise and knows exactly what she’s doing. What I appreciated most is that she genuinely prioritizes recovery, not repeat office visits. Her goal is to get you better, and you can feel that in how she approaches treatment. She didn’t just prescribe medication and send me on my way—she took the time to explain what to do (and what not to do) throughout the day, with practical guidance that actually made a difference. If you’ve been struggling to get answers or feel like you’re not making progress, I highly recommend her.

Dr. B. Thuy Le is an Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) specialist located in SoHo, New York at Downtown ENT.  She is currently accepting new adult patients and is in-network with most  insurance plans.  Downtown ENT is open select evenings and weekends to further meet your needs and busy schedules.
