The team of outstanding medical professionals at Downtown Medical Group has been providing exceptional health care to the Union Square community in San Francisco for more than 30 years. The highly skilled physicians offer primary care, urgent care, and an array of additional medical services to adult patients of all ages and backgrounds.
Each member of the team is dedicated to providing personalized care with warmth and compassion. Their physicians spend time addressing the questions and concerns of every patient while providing high-quality services, including care for acute illnesses and injuries, men’s and women’s health, routine physicals, immunizations, and more.
Downtown Medical Group offers individual and corporate travel care services, including overseas illness prevention education and immunizations. The team includes physicians who are authorized as civil surgeons; these providers perform examinations that meet the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) guidelines for immigration medical exams.
To provide convenient, one-stop care, Downtown Medical Group is equipped with an on-site laboratory and pharmacy and stocks all major vaccines in the clinic office. Same-day and urgent care appointments are available during business hours.

Always a pleasure, office staff is kind, easy going and very helpful, wait time is generally 5-10 the doctor I see is by far the best primary care doctor I've ever had and always listens and willing to taklk about health issues as well as things I may have going on or gone through, she's extremely professional yet personable to the point that I actually look forward to my next visit.

Dr. Grenier was exceptionally receptive of my needs and questions. Her answers were thought out and to the point. Being inquisitive but listening at the same time lead to all of my questions being answered accordingly. I believe she cares and is very easy to address and discuss my concerns.
