I had my first hypnosis session with Dr. Z and it was AMAZING!
Of course I was a little worried that I will be under and have no control of what I was saying. This is not what happened. I was conscious the whole time. I was in control. I felt very comfortable and at ease while Dr. Z had asked me to go back in time. What I discovered is helping me focus on myself which is something that I don't usually do. Dr. Z is a god's sent. I look forward to our next session.
