She listened carefully and asked many questions about my history, addressing each concern/risk factor and explaining why she made each recommendation so that I can understand my care plan. She also called me directly a few hours after my appointment to follow up on a concern she had, which gives me the impression she truly cares for and considers each of her patients in a truly unique way.
