Listens & you feel not only heard but understood. Definitely not one to just push meds & incorporates lifestyle changes & counceling. I have improved & moved forward while working with Heather. It proves to be a wonderful feeling as my past Dr's I felt stagnant & went backwards instead of forwards. Love her!
