I have a lot of issues and when things seemed so dark he has helped me tremendously. My depression isn’t gone but a lot its more manageable, my stress and anxiety and fear can be horrible still but he’s given me so much help. I would recommend him a 100 times over . I’m not fixed but he’s made a lot of things a whole lot easier to deal with.

He is honest and to the point when it comes to treatment options. He always asks the right questions to help me reflect on the efficacy of our treatment plan. Any adjustments are made mindfully and incrementally, which gives me the peace of mind that adjusting my meds doesn’t have to feel scary and unpredictable. I am grateful to have such a devoted practitioner overseeing my care.
