I have been a vegetarian for 50 years, have CPTSD, have had a spinal fusion, and chronic pain. Finding ‘that person’ who uses an integrative approach to health rather than just conventional medicine is the hope. Meeting Kitty has already made a difference in how to move forward. Her breadth of knowledge in how to address the whole health of an individual is evident in her approach. I feel blessed that I met her.
