Essential Healthcare serves as a primary care provider, offering comprehensive medical and mental health services at its office in Las Vegas, Nevada. Solomon Joshua, DNP, APRN-CNP, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC, and the team extend compassion, respect, and kindness to families and patients of all ages.

Beyond providing a one-stop shop of high-quality services, Essential Healthcare makes getting medical care as convenient as possible. The team leaves time in their schedule to accommodate sick visits and offers telemedicine appointments, giving people the ability to access health care from home.

As family practice specialists, they focus on preventive health care. They also diagnose and treat every type of illness and chronic condition, as well as provide gynecologic care, men’s health, well-child visits, and annual wellness physicals.

Dr. Joshua is also board-certified in the psychiatric and mental health field. He provides medication management and therapy to people with anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia.

He also specializes in attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), creating individualized treatment plans for children and adults, and helping them overcome their challenges.

Dr. Joshua graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Then he received a Master of Science in Nursing from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona.  

After working at several area hospitals and gaining extensive experience in critical and acute care, and infectious diseases (including COVID-19), Dr. Joshua completed his Post-Master’s Degree Certification at Saint Louis University (SLU) in St. Louis, Missouri, receiving certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
