About Family Medicine and Mohr

With a passion for family medicine, board-certified physician Richard Mohr III, MD, provides education and encouragement for his patients so that they can take a proactive role in their health care. He welcomes new and existing patients to Family Medicine and Mohr in Florence, South Carolina.

Dr. Mohr earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia. After graduation, Dr. Mohr went through an internship and family medicine residency at McLeod Health Regional Medical Center in Florence.

By continuing his education and training regularly, Dr. Mohr stays abreast of the most up-to-date diagnostic and treatment solutions available. He maintains his board certification with the American Board of Family Medicine and specializes in lifestyle interventions over medications, when possible, for patients of all ages.

Dr. Mohr offers integrative solutions to help patients achieve their best health. Between medical weight loss programs, mole and wart removal, joint injections, and testosterone replacement, to name a few services, patients can get all of their needs met under one roof. The practice even offers cosmetic procedures, including Botox® and Juvéderm®.
