Favia Primary Care provides comprehensive medical care services for families in and around Algonquin and Crystal Lake, Illinois. Founder Philip Favia, MD, Haydee Cantu-Manley, MD, and the medical team provide high-quality diagnostic and treatment services for many childhood and adult health conditions.
The physicians prioritize preventive health care and offer screenings for diabetes and other chronic conditions. They offer comprehensive pediatric care, well-child visits, adult wellness visits, immunizations, and school and sports physicals in-office. The providers also offer weight loss services to reduce risk factors for obesity-related complications.

I fell off on keeping up with my health. After a long stressful year i saw Dr Cantù after literally disappearing cause of life. She was so welcoming back and kept her self aware of what our previous goals and plans were. Felt like I just picked up from where we left off. She listens to my concerns and strategically creates a plan to get me feeling better. I appreciate her so much and her staff are so kind. Def recommend her 1000%
