Just had my first appointment with Penny and I am very pleased! I went to my first ever derm appt at another practice earlier this year and was disappointed that the doctor only saw me for 10 minutes, hardly looked at or discussed my skin, and immediately recommended a cosmetic chemical peel, which I did but didn't think it helped nor was a long term solution. Penny did the opposite of that, I felt heard and diagnosed, and I feel excited to start a longer-term treatment plan with a prescription. She was easy to talk to and I am very happy to be working with her!
