I came in recovering from strep, ear & upper respiratory infection. She asked what meds I'd been prescribed from urgent care. I was still dealing w/mucus in chest, nose & throat & ear clogging. She suggested an OTC to dry up the mucus. I purchased & took that OTC. 1 day later, ears feel open & mucus in chest, nose & cough is not as wet. There's nothing like a doctor who truly HEARS you & CARES.
