He is competent as a surgeon and is outstanding in all areas of foot and ankle care. This doctor cares about you as a person. Dr. Johnson enters the exam room with a big smile, extended hand in welcome as if I were important. He asks about me and about my family. Ella, the receptionist, will welcome you with a big smile. We'll continue to drive an hour just to have Dr Jonson's exceptional care.

He listened deeply as I explained the history of my foot issues. Most impressive was his comprehensive physical exam. He knew foot mechanics and touched my foot in various locations asking about my pain levels. He engaged my foot in various movements to assess functional issues. He then did a series of dynamic foot scans. Lastly, he provided a clear diagnosis and treatment plan.
