My husband and I appreciated the personalized care that we received from Dr. Gerdie Jean-Smith. She was cordial, affable, and capable. She took time to speak to both of us, really get to know us, and inquired about our individual needs. When I required an examination of my private parts, she called the nurse to be with us, which made me feel comfortable. As a former health professional myself it is very difficult to find a physician that will take the time to fully go over your chart when starting as a new patient. Dr Samantha Jean did just that. She took the time to ask questions as well as to do her assessment and to come up with a plan for a healthy lifestyle. The whole staff was courteous and very willing to help.
