Front reception girls are very efficient and friendly. Medical assistant is professional and caring. Doctor has never been on time for an appointment even when I am scheduled for first appointment of the day.

Unfortunately my experience wasn’t as good as I expected. Because dr Maria as always don’t pay attention to what I want to say she a rude person towards me I don’t know the reason. I tried to explain her that I needed a prescription refill that the pharmacy called and I called as well. For a month without any success and instead of listening to me, she keeps arguing that I never tried to contact the doctor’s office. So this was the third time I saw Maria that left me with a bad experience.

Dr Sherrie Lucero is the best!
Dr. Maria is the best! She is very knowledgeable, helpful, caring & she listens to her patients and explains anything you do not understand. She is TERRIFIC! However - though she is so good, the office staff is TERRIBLE! They do not answer phones; nor do they call you back when the message states to "leave your name, # etc & we will get back to you". That is NOT THE CASE! Even the pharmacy cannot get through to them. I went over a week without my medication due to the clerical staff! It's awful!

Difficult to get through to front office for appointments or questions. Dr. Maria seems to always be running late but is worth the extra wait.
