Gaffar Syed, MD, has served the Frederick, Maryland, community since 2004, offering comprehensive health care in a modern, welcoming environment. Everyone is very Nice and make me feel very comfortable
My fist apt was Sept 6. I was received at the front desk with friendly ladies who signed me in. One lady took me in the office and asked me some more questions, she was very nice. Dr.Syed took time to go over my intake form and asked questions, also he asked if I had any questions. I did and he went over them. I felt comfortable and liked him and his kindness.
The only thing that is bad about this office is the customer service that I received from the front desk staff. The staff that I am referring to her name is Charlene Oliver. She is very rude and very disrespectful. I asked a question and she ended up hanging up on me. Very unprofessional and I almost left this practice and wanted to find another

Dr. Syed is the first doctor I have been to that really listens and makes me feel heard when I explain my symptoms. He takes his time and explains about possible side effects for medications etc. Also, it is fairly easy to get an appointment, and the office staff is super kind and helpful.

This was my very first visit. Everyone in the office was nice and helpful. Dr. Syed was very knowledgeable and gave me the referrals i needed ro continue getting the care i needed ro fix my issues. . My appointment was on time as well and i didn't have to wait way past my scheduled appointment ,, like the last dr i saw before Dr Syed.
Very pleased we were able to be accommodated as a new patient so quickly. Office staff was very helpful in securing the appt. Dr. was very attentive and took a lot of time with my father.
