I explained what our concerns were and Dr Syed listened carefully to me while being respectful to my father. He provided a thorough and thoughtful examination and given my father’s overall health, spent extra time with us. In addition, he had a PA administer a test there when he could have easily sent us home to do it ourselves. After the additional test, he returned to discuss the subsequent issues and make appropriate recommendations. Within those recommendations was something my father was reluctant to accept. So Dr Syed made it optional but asked that he should consider it if XY&Z were the case at home. In the end, Dr Syed and his PA spent close to two hours with us and I could tell that for some of the staff, it was past the end of their working day (they closed shop after we left). He provided necessary referrals and we were able to get appointments months earlier than what was available at other well-regarded centers. I am very pleased with Dr Syed and his team for the thoughtful, thorough and respectful care. Am happy to have him looking after dad.
