He spends as much time as you need explaining conditions in a way that any layman can understand. He has recommended specialists to me that will help me with things he's unable to do himself. I appreciate Dr. Valvano's kindness and care and I have to say how overwhelmed I was when he called me at home to check on me after an appointment with another doctor; over and above.
