Very high level of professionalism and respect when you walk through the front desk and you're greeted w/ a warm hello. Mr. James was very knowledgeable and didnt make me feel incompetent when asking questions. Also, no concern was too small or minor to discuss. Can't wait for my follow up so I can begin my plan.
