Welcome to GET WELLness SOON, a superior wellness and primary care practice in Benton, Tennessee. Skilled family nurse practitioner Sally Moss, MSN, RN, APN, FNP-C, and her compassionate staff provide comprehensive, integrative care for adult patients in a friendly patient focused atmosphere. We also offer convenient home visits for select circumstnaces.

GET WELLness SOON provides an array of primary care services with a focus on hormone optimization that helps our patients look and feel their best at every age. We enhance sexual health, reduce low testosterone and menopause symptoms, and balance hormones using hormone testing, comprehensive thyroid care, and hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for men and women.

We also provide community health education, support groups, and care tailored to the geriatric population — including those struggling with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.

GET WELLness SOON is a private pay practice that avoids the constraits of insurance companies.  Those patients who do have medical insurance can usually have costs of labs and precriptions covered through their plans.
