We've been struggling to help her manage her ADHD symptoms (including big overwhelm with seemingly small upsets). In the very first appointment, Dr. Douglas helped our daughter come up with 3 steps to manage upsets, along with 3 coping skills to manage strong emotions associated with the upsets. She can't wait to see Dr. Douglas again!
