The staff here take such great care with each patient. New Year, new insurance and I was sure a prior authorization might take weeks on a med I've been taking for a year. However, they got to work as soon as I had my appointment today and I am picking up my med today. TODAY!
The staff was very responsive during the inclement weather and helped me move my appointment for today to a later time so it would be safe not only for their staff but for me.
