At Great Care Health Services, we’re a team of experienced providers who offer in-person and virtual care to adult residents of Nashville and across Tennessee. We specialize in behavioral health, delivering compassionate mental health and substance use treatment in both English and Spanish. We meet you where you are, whether in our office or through secure telehealth services available statewide, to help you achieve newfound emotional stability and growth.

Our team offers therapeutic and psychiatric services, including attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) assessments, if you need answers and ADHD support. We specialize in diagnosing and treating many mental health conditions, such as anxiety disorders, depression (both general and postpartum), bipolar disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), schizophrenia, and trauma-related conditions.

In addition, you can rely on us for individual, couples, and group therapy, plus grief counseling. We also use evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

Our comprehensive treatment programs include care for mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and co-occurring disorders (a combination of both). We offer intensive outpatient programs (IOP) for mental health, substance abuse, and dual-diagnosis treatment, along with medication-assisted treatment (MAT), ongoing recovery support, and evaluations and treatment related to DUI cases.

We believe mental healthcare should be respectful, stigma-free, and accessible. That’s why we offer both in-person and statewide telehealth care, including therapy and medication management, when appropriate.
