The practice has three locations: Houston Northwest Cancer Center in Houston, Texas; Precision Radiotherapy Center in Houston, Texas; and the Sam Houston Cancer Center in Huntsville, Texas.

Founder and medical director Kirk Kanady, MD, leads the team at Greater Houston Radiation Oncology.
