Greater Washington Orthopaedic Group, PA, (GWOG) has been a leading provider of Orthopaedic services for the last 50 years. With offices throughout Montgomery County in SILVER SPRING, Rockville and GERMANTOWN, GWOG doctors and facilities are easily accessible and available for all orthopaedic patient needs.  Patients receive excellent diagnostic and therapeutic care for injuries and illnesses affecting their joints, muscles, tendons and related ailments. GWOG doctors evaluate patients comprehensively with both conservative and operative treatment plans from an experienced team of orthopaedic surgeons and physical therapists. Our care facilities offer today’s most advanced techniques, technologies and treatments including:

  • Surgical treatments, both minimally invasive and traditional 
  • Medicines and therapies including conservative treatments and physical therapy
  • Injection therapies including stem cell, platelet-rich plasma and visco supplementation and more
  • Diagnostic imaging to including radiological services and bracing

The team at Greater Washington Orthopaedic Group has a common goal of welcoming patients and assisting with every aspect of patient care. Before beginning treatment, patients undergo a full assessment of their medical history, symptoms, and goals providing a unique treatment and implementation plan for each individual patient. As no two injuries are alike, GWOG physicians seek to understand and work to support each patients recovery plan for optimal health and performance.
