About Practice

With over three decades in practice as a cardiologist and internal medicine practitioner, Ugoala Banks, MD is known for offering comprehensive care for a variety of conditions, all under one roof. Dr. Banks welcomes new and existing patients to Grove City Specialist Clinic Associate in Grove City, Ohio.

After earning his medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in Sint Maarten, Dr. Banks relocated to the United States. He went through his residency training at George Washington Hubbard Hospital through Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee.  

Dr. Banks has extensive training and experience diagnosing and managing a wide variety of chronic diseases, like diabetes and congestive heart failure. He’s even one of the only practitioners in the greater Columbus, Ohio, area to be able to evaluate patients for medical marijuana cards and other alternative therapies, including addiction medicine.

As an aesthetic specialist, Dr. Banks can help patients look as good as they feel. He offers non-invasive body sculpting and facial rejuvenation services, in addition to BOTOX® and dermal fillers, right in the office.

Patients of Dr. Banks commend his friendly personality and compassionate bedside manner. He enjoys building lifelong relationships with each of his patients.
