If you're struggling in any way, they're there to help give him a call, they can get you seen, typically the same day. Extremely compassionate makes you feel like your family. And yeah, always listens to your concerns.. These days in telehealth, it's extremely rare to find an actual md, not a physician's assistant an actual doctor whoe actually care. Listen & responds.
