She listens with empathy as I decompress and I always feel so much better just having a nonjudgmental person listening. I have been able to decrease my anxiety and depression meds by half. Sometimes I just need a sounding board to work out my own problems. I am grateful for my time spent with Patricia. I always feel grounded after.
