I’m Christina Hazime, AGPCNP-BC, a board-certified nurse practitioner and the provider behind HAZ Health & Wellness in Michigan. My clinical focus is optimized medicine and integrative hormone health.

I started this practice for one reason: to help women and men who have been told “everything looks normal” but still feel completely off. I’m here to dig deeper and help you feel like yourself again.
