She didn’t try to rush the conversation or my orientation of my health issues even when the time was getting close to the end time and went over the scheduled time. She was very thorough with her questions and responses . She took time to get to know me and evaluate my health issues and create a plan.

It was great meeting with Ms. Rhodes to discuss my lab work. She listened and responded to my concerns. She showed empathy for me during some of my discussions when I felt sad about some things on my lab work.
