Ashlee is engaging, empathetic and is really easy to relate too. Being a busy mom herself, she gets it. She is a joy to be around and balances encouragement and motivation really beautifully. She knows her stuff and explains her knowledge in a way that really makes it easy for me to understand and in turn I am getting stronger and more confident in my abilities. I recommend Healing Motion to everyone I know! :)
