The test battery was men... Read more Dr. Heimberg was very personable and friendly, and it felt as though I was being actively listened too and engaged with rather than feeling like I had to defend my symptoms or like I was talking to a wall. The test battery was mentally exhausting but, his technicians administering the tests were very friendly and helpful. The virtual visit had no technical issues, and he and his staff were prompt to return after each session break. A very professional atmosphere.

He was patient, thorough, and took real time to explain and understand things and answer any questions I had. The proctor who ran part of the testing was equally great: kind, encouraging, and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
