I had thoughts that I believed only I could understand, and things I thought were character and personality flaws I couldn’t shake, but she was able to explain to me the WHY behind those things. It made me feel seen. Anyone can listen and analyze, but it’s like she was in my mind and could actually see the thoughts! It made me feel safe and I’m glad I found her.

I felt heard and acknowledged during my care. I felt like I would be able to share my experience without judgement. She made her self open to me and guided me without pushing her beliefs. Allowed me room to be myself.
