iCare Telecare was amazing! Everything from the scheduling process to the actual appointment was easy and efficient. I felt like I had plenty of time to talk with the provider during our call. She actually read my chart, so her questions were relevant to my diagnosis, but also to my body, taking into account allergies, etc. She made sure I completely understood the path to recovery. I would use this service again.

Dr. Derrick was very friendly and professional. He answered all my questions and was patient, kind, and thorough. He made sure that I was comfortable with the plan going forward and made it known to contact him if I had any further questions or concerns while going through the prescribed treatment. He was not in a hurry and took time to listen. This speaks very highly of him. I would recommend others to see him.

Dr. Dauplaise put me right at ease. He not only helped with my immediate health need, but discussed issues I have been dealing with and offered advice that the specialist hadn’t suggested. He has a whole body approach that helps connect the dots.
This is how healthcare should be! Dr Graff took the time to make sure she understood my symptoms and treated me accordingly. She made sure I was comfortable with our course of treatment. When I told her that I typically prefer a more natural approach to things, she validated my feelings and never judged me and did not make me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for doctors who care about their patients!

No hassle with trying to schedule an appt, got in the same day I called. I was able to get 20 minutes of undivided attention from Dr Dauplaise. Can’t remember the last time a doctor spent that much time with me.
