From the very beginning, her bedside manner combined with her empathy for her patients made her a perfect candidate for Dr. of Rheumatology. That was around 1997-1998. I reconnected with Kiplee after losing track of her for a few years and I couldn't possible be happier. Her level of care and knowledge is second to none.

Dr Bell has been an exceptional doctor, one of the best bedside manners I have every received from a dr. She has gone far and beyond to ensure I get back to full health. I am grateful and luck to have her as a dr.
