Jana is very easy to work with and is super helpful and encouraging. She gives great recommendations for areas of improvement and she always makes me feel very comfortable and heard. I have had a dramatic improvement while working with her and I am very pleased with my care.

It's taken me forever to write a review because it's impossible to put into words just how happy I am doing physical therapy with Jana - and I'm a blogger who talks A LOT. Jana just gets me - she knows what I'm going through and she's quick to help when I'm having a bad day. She's a constant reminder that I need to give myself grace in a world with SO MUCH pressure. After my first baby, I did not have even close to this amount of support and I'm BEYOND HAPPY that I've found Jana.

Definitely recommend Inland Pelvic Health & Physical Therapy, especially to the mommas! The staff is amazing and atmosphere is relaxing. They’ve helped me so much throughout my postpartum journey. Excited to be with them during my second pregnancy to help with birthing experience as well.

Very professional and comfortable setting!
Dr. McKenna is the best! She provided me with pelvic floor therapy during my pregnancy. She always made me feel comfortable despite how uncomfortable the situation is when it comes to public floor therapy. She also has helped me with a clogged milk duct. In the past these have always turned into mastitis resulting in a trip to the doctor and 2 weeks of medication. With her help, I'm confident that I wont be getting an infection and I am on my way to healing!
Excellent help McKenna and Paige provided. They were patient and very knowledgeable to help me. Both were very helpful and put me at ease to know how to continue to help myself. Would highly recommend them both to anyone.
