She is professional while also being compassionate and empathetic. I always feel better after our visits and know she is doing everything she can to make me feel better mentally. She is very thorough and has great suggestions that I can try to maintain my mental well being. She has helped me more than anyone ever has and I feel she really listens to my concerns and issues.

I was able to utilize a combination of talk therapy, medication, and some environmental tools to feel much better in a few months. I feel seen, supported, and validated every time I attend an appointment. There is also a cooperative effort among providers that allows me to utilize different treatment options and, most importantly, helps me to be the best I can be.
