She is professional while also being compassionate and empathetic. I always feel better after our visits and know she is doing everything she can to make me feel better mentally. She is very thorough and has great suggestions that I can try to maintain my mental well being. She has helped me more than anyone ever has and I feel she really listens to my concerns and issues.

She is helping me to see myself differently and then teaching me what to do with it all. She gives me opportunities to explore my nervous system's reactions and engage in conscious decisions about my response. Therapy done well is a lot of work, but it is so worth it!
