My meeting and interaction with Clair Jones was pleasant and informative. I felt like she really listened to what I had to say and then respectfully and professionally, offered real solutions, in a caring manner.
It can sometimes be negative when one encounters issues as a result of a procedure, but Clair was a breath of fresh air and a positive reflection of her profession and the office that she represents.

Claire demonstrates strong representation of care for her patients. Not sure that the following statements are applicable to just her (doubtful) but during my post-surgery evaluation, I had technical issues and was not able to complete that one but I would suggest the practice give all post op guidance, diets, etc BEFORE the surgery. In my case, I live alone and would have benefitted with advanced knowledge so I could stock up and prepare for the allowed/disallowed dietary limits. NO Surprise Read less
