From the moment you walk in, he gives you his full attention, listens carefully to your concerns, and asks thoughtful follow-up questions. What stands out most is how well he actually hears what you’re saying. He doesn’t interrupt, doesn’t jump to conclusions, and explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand.
