The office is lead by Dr Jessy Nwuba, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC a Doctorally prepared Dual board certified psychiatric/Family Nurse Practitioner, Chief Executive officer at JC Health Group PLLC and Bethel Skilled Home Care LLC. She has more than 15 years of experience in psychiatric and primary health care and is passionate about serving her community.Dr. Nwuba graduated from Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital in Nnewi, Nigeria, with an associate’s degree in nursing. She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing in England. She graduated with distinction with her master’s degree in public health from Northumbria University in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, England. She also completed her doctor of nursing practice degree at South College in Knoxville, Tennessee. Dr. Nwuba went on to earn her post-master’s certification in psychiatric mental health nursing from Herzing University.
Dr. Nwuba values the time she spends creating a partnership with her patients through open communication. She provides evidence-based and accessible psychiatric services to manage conditions like depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and takes a holistic approach to care.
JC Health Group also provides comprehensive care for adults and children with neurodevelopmental disorders, including attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
