After feeling ill with Covid symptoms for 2 weeks I finally called Jenks Family Medicine in St. Elmo. I was able to be seen within an hour by Nurse Practitioner Ehrin Irvin. She tested me thoroughly, concluded that the virus had left me with a sinus infection and prescribed an antibiotic. A big relief. My stress and anxiety about long haul Covid: gone. I'm very grateful, not only for the medical service provided by Jenks Family Medicine but for the warm, personal manner of their staff.

I recently visited Ehrin for my flu vaccine and the experience was excellent. The staff was welcoming and professional, making the check-in process quick and easy. The NP who administered the vaccine was knowledgeable and friendly, providing clear information about the vaccine and addressing all my questions. The whole process was efficient and I barely felt a thing! I highly recommend Jenks Family Medicine for anyone looking to get their flu shot!
Anne is a wonderful primary care provider. She is caring, compassionate and thorough. When she sees you, you feel as though you are the only patient she sees. Truly a blessing to be her patient!
