I arrived for a blood analysis. The nurse failed to find my vein after inserting the needle and moving it around a couple more times. Rather than digging around and bruising my arm, she called for another nurse, who nailed it on her second attempt. No pain either time. The job got done with only an itty bitty bruise. Read less
